There are few moments more fulfilling than celebrating the hard work, resilience and brilliance of our young people — and that’s exactly what we did at the Kayole South Secondary School Prize Giving Day.
I was deeply honoured to join the school’s leadership, parents and students in what was a vibrant, inspiring and well-organized event. The day was not just about awarding top performers — it was about affirming the value of discipline, perseverance and community support in shaping the future of our children.
Honouring Our Academic Champions
The students of Kayole South have consistently demonstrated excellence both in academics and character. During the prize-giving ceremony, I had the opportunity to personally recognize and encourage:
Top-performing students who achieved academic distinction.
Teachers and support staff who go above and beyond to shape young minds.
The school leadership who stand as silent but steadfast pillars of support.
Each award handed out was a symbol of possibility a reminder that with the right guidance and environment, our students can rise to greatness.

To every student I met that day , your potential is limitless. Keep dreaming, keep working hard and never forget that this community believes in you. Whether you aspire to be a doctor, an engineer, a teacher or a leader, Embakasi Central will stand behind you.
